Fitvario is gym management software from Bhopal, built for Indian gym owners and front-desk teams who need one place to run memberships, attendance, leads, staff and revenue, instead of a patchwork of spreadsheets, registers and WhatsApp groups. It is a cloud product: gym owners and staff run the gym from the Fitvario Android app, and members get an Android app for their plan, attendance and progress. Owners can also sign in to the owner web dashboard at dash.fitvario.com.
What it covers: QR attendance, a CRM with follow-up dates, measurement history and progress, expense tracking, analytics and reports, referral rewards, and alerts to members by WhatsApp, SMS and push. Payments for Fitvario subscriptions run through Razorpay.
